General
How do I know if Europe Transfer is a valid public transport company?
Europe Transfer Sarl is registered in France.  The French Siret (Registration) number is 478 674 591. The TVA (VAT) number is FR 89 47 86 67 45 91.
 
Bookings
Do you offer discounted rates for children or babies?
We charge the same rate for all occupied seats.  Babies may not travel for free on an adult's lap.  Baby and Booster Seats are available free of charge if requested at the time of booking.
 
How can I make the balance payment?
All balance payments should be made in Euro's Cash or with a French Registered Bank Cheque and given to the driver immediately before embarking on the transfer.  In the event this is not possible the balance will be taken from the Credit Card details given for the deposit subject to any credit card charges.
 
At the Airport
How do I find my driver?
After clearing Customs your driver will be waiting for you in Arrivals holding a board with the name of the Party Leader .
 
What if the driver is not there?
In the unlikely event that you cannot see your driver please call our  Transfer Co-ordinator on +33 (0) 629 523 750.  They will ascertain the driver's location and call you back immediately.
 
How long will I have to wait at the Airport?
Your driver will normally be at the airport for the scheduled arrival of your flight.
 
What happens if my flight is delayed?
If you know that your flight is going to be delayed please call Europe Transfer and let them know an estimated time of arrival.  Failure to do so may result in the cancellation of the transfer if the driver has had to wait more than an hour at the airport.  Europe Transfer reserves the right to charge €20 per hour or part thereof for waiting time.
 
On the Transfer
Can we stop off for a break at any stage of the journey?
It is up to the discretion of the driver if you need to stop off for a break.
 
Can we stop at a Supermarket down the Valley?
Again, it is up to the discretion of the driver - dependent on his work schedule.  Please ask at the time of booking the transfer.
 
Will the driver wait for us while we collect keys?
Yes, the driver will wait for you to collect keys only and then take you to the accommodation address on the invoice.  However, the driver will not be able to drive you to collect skis unless you have ordered the premium service.
 
How do we confirm our pick up time?
Your driver will be able to give you an estimate of your pick up time for the return transfer. Europe Transfer will always phone you by 6pm the day before your departure to confirm your pick up time. This will allow for forecasted adverse weather conditions or heavy traffic on peak dates.
 
Please ensure that your phone number given on the booking form is an operational mobile phone number that will work abroad as we cannot be held liable for any costs that you may incur, if we are unable to contact you to confirm your return transfer time.
 
Can you collect /drop us off at an Hotel in the City Centre rather than the airport?
There is an additional charge for being collected or dropped off at a City Centre rather than at an airport.  Please ask at the time of booking.
