Your airport transfer booking has been made with SARL Europe
Transfer, details as
shown on your invoice. |
| 2. |
Where a booking is made by telephone,
the booking is subject to the client accepting the
Europe Transfer's Terms and Conditions. |
| 3. |
Please ensure that your phone number given on the
booking form is an operational mobile phone number that
will work abroad as we cannot be held liable for any
costs that you may incur, if we are unable to contact
you. Please check for messages on arrival at the airport
in case Europe Transfer has tried to get in contact with
you. |
| 4. |
Europe Transfer reserves
the right to charge €20 should you make an amendment to the booking. |
| 5. |
Where two or more people
are included on the same booking, the person purchasing the booking
shall be deemed to do so, on the basis that he/she acts as an agent
for both or all members of the party, and accepts these booking
conditions on behalf of each member of the party.

Your driver will be
holding a card with your surname on it in the ‘Arrivals’ area of the
airport. Please be vigilant when you have cleared customs. |
| 7. |
If you
fail to make contact with the driver, please call Europe
Transfer who will advise the driver’s current location.

Your
driver will be able to give you an estimate of your pick
up time for the return transfer. However, Europe
Transfer will always phone before 6pm on the day
before your departure to confirm the pick up time.
This may vary if there is forecasted adverse weather
conditions or heavy traffic on peak dates. |

In the event that
your flight is delayed, it is your responsibility to call
Europe Transfer on +33 (0)629 523 750 and inform us of the delay.
Failure to do so may end up in a cancellation of your transfer. Europe
Transfer reserve the right to charge a waiting fee of €20.00 per hour
or part of, after the first hour, or to cancel significantly delayed
transfers. |

The confirmation invoice /
email is deemed to be your ticket. You may be asked to show it to the
driver for both the outward journey and return trip. |
| 11. |
The destination and pick-up addresses on the ticket are
the address to which you will be delivered and picked up. If it
is necessary for you to collect keys from an agency or postbox,
it is your responsibility to advise Europe Transfer in
advance. If no pre-warning is given then key collection will be at the
driver’s discretion and may be refused if the vehicle is to be used
for a consecutive transfer. Europe Transfer will endeavour to locate
the accommodation or agency in advance, however, it is ultimately your responsibility to obtain directions.

All passengers’ luggage
must be clearly labelled with the owner’s name
and destination address. |
| 13. |
Passengers are limited
to one main item of luggage plus a ski or snowboard bag and a bootbag, any excess
luggage must be declared at the time of booking. Europe Transfer reserve the right to charge an extra fee for items exceeding this
allowance or refuse to transport the items. Please note: ski and
board bags may be carried on the exterior of the vehicle. |

Europe Transfer reserves
the right to refuse to carry any person who is thought to be under the
influence of alcohol or drugs and/or whose behaviour is considered to
pose a threat to the driver, the vehicle or the other passenger(s). |
| 15. |
Passengers are not
allowed to take onto vehicles any alcoholic drinks for the purpose of
consuming them. It is illegal to consume such drinks on vehicles in
Europe. |
| 16. |
Smoking is not permitted
in vehicles. |
| 17. |
Europe Transfer will use
every reasonable means to ensure that the vehicle(s) arrive(s) on time
to begin the transfer and that it reaches its destination on
time. Europe Transfer will not incur any liability whatsoever in the
event of any delay due to causes beyond its control. Whilst every care
is always taken, customer’s property is carried entirely at their own
risk and no responsibility can be accepted for loss or damage.
Passengers are therefore advised to ensure they obtain their own
travel insurance. |

Europe
Transfer will endeavour to carry the passenger with the
minimum discomfort and inconvenience to his/her
destination shown on the confirmation document. However
circumstances beyond their control may prevent the
achievement of this responsibility. The following are
examples of circumstances which are not within the
company’s control:

accidents causing delays to the vehicle
-
exceptional or severe weather conditions
-
compliance with
requests of the police
-
accidents on the road
-
vandalism and terrorism
-
unforeseen traffic delays
-
industrial action by third parties
-
problems caused by other customers
-
the vehicle being held or delayed by a Police
officer or Government official
-
health issues relating to the driver and/or
passengers
-
other circumstances affecting passenger safety

Europe Transfer reserve
the right to add a fuel surcharge to the cost of a transfer should
fuel prices rise excessively. |
| 20. |
Europe Transfer reserves the right to downgrade a
transfer from Premium to Standard should a premium vehicle be
unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. An
appropriate refund will be made. |
| 21. |
Europe Transfer reserves the right to use a different
transfer operator in exceptional circumstances, they must be fully
registered and approved by Europe Transfer. |
| 22. |
Europe Transfer will apply a cancellation charge on any
transfers cancelled. Any transfer cancelled within 24 hours
will be charged at the full amount. All other transfers
that are cancelled will be charged at 50% of the cost of the
transfer. Europe Transfer is happy to provide a Receipt for
Insurance purposes. |
